These Terms govern your use of the Phina mobile application and website. By using Phina, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Phina.

Accounts and Content

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the content you submit, including event details, photos, ratings, and notes. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Event hosts and service administrators may remove content or restrict event participation when needed to protect attendees, investigate reports, or enforce these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Phina relies on providers such as Supabase, Google, Apple, Expo, and other infrastructure and AI services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

AI Content

AI-generated wine details and images are provided to help users manage their tasting experience. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as guaranteed facts.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you believe event, wine, image, or AI-generated content violates these Terms, use the in-app reporting tools or contact support@appsmithery.co. We may review, remove, or limit access to reported content or accounts when appropriate.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion is available in-app and described publicly at /delete-account.
